Hi Anthony,
We love the Castscratcher!  It has worked wonders!  Not only is it great for scratching under the cast, but it is also great for removing the sand that gets wedged between her hand and cast (from playing on the playground).  It is very gentle but works!!!  Thank you for inventing this extremely worthwhile product.  You should seriously consider marketing it to every ER and orthopedic doctor in the country!
